First, the Indulge NB: New Brunswick's Festival of Food and Flavours will take place from Oct. 16 to Oct. 18 in St. Andrews. The event offers a fantastic weekend filled with great food and drink along with a wonderful assortment of entertainment. As part of the festival, St. Andrews comes alive with numerous events that brings together some of the best culinary talent from across New Brunswick along with really fun events such as the Chowder Cup and Wine and Food 101. Tide's Table at Inn on the Cove in Saint John will start a monthly International Night Dinner this month. The first evening will take place on October 31st and feature Indian cuisine. This restaurant, the home of Chef Ross Mavis and Willa Mavis, has a long history in New Brunswick of being an excellent place to dine. Chocolaterie and Patisserie Fackelman featuring the Schnitzel Parlour will offer the second annual Pay as You Wish Night November 7th at this Fredericton restaurant. The event, which allows you to pay what you think is appropriate for your meal, is a fundraiser for the Fredericton Food Bank.
