Published Tuesday September 30th, 2008

CALGARY - WestJet Airlines Ltd. (TSX:WJA) has shifted its operations at McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1, which "offers more amenities, such as additional shopping and restaurant choices."
Terminal 1 "has more opportunities to accommodate the airline's growing transborder operations and makes Las Vegas WestJet's first U.S. destination to offer guests self-serve check-in options," WestJet stated Tuesday.
The Calgary-based airline operates non-stop flights to Las Vegas from nine Canadian cities.
