REGINA - RCMP and Regina police arrested two men in an investigation into the theft and illegal selling of satellite television signals.

A SaskTel spokeswoman confirmed the men are managers with the company. SaskTel's head office in Regina formed part of the search, along with two private residences in and around Regina.

Spokeswoman Darcy MacFarland said SaskTel's services aren't involved and they have yet to speak with their employees.

No charges have been laid and the matter remains under investigation.

The RCMP say the theft of satellite signals is estimated at more than $300 million annually.
