Woman, 62, killed on N.B. highway after car, half-ton truck collide

HAUT-SHEILA, N.B. - A woman is dead after a collision between a car and a half-ton truck in northeastern New Brunswick.

The accident occurred Wednesday around 11:15 a.m. on Highway 370 in Haut-Sheila. RCMP say the 62-year-old victim was driving when her car went out of control and was hit by the truck.

The name of the woman, from Leech, N.B., has not been released.
