Man wanted in connection with heists in B.C., Alberta arrested

GRAND FORKS, B.C. - A man wanted for several bank robberies in British Columbia and Calgary has been arrested.

The RCMP say they arrested Beau Bellrichard on Monday in Grand Forks, B.C. The Mounties issued a Canada-wide warrant for Bellrichard last week.

The warrant was related to six robberies in Kelowna and another in Calgary.

Bellrichard's arrest on Monday followed another robbery at a credit union in Trail, B.C.
