Man facing charges in N.S. after another man hit with a baseball bat

BRIDGEWATER, N.S. - A man is expected in court Wednesday in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia after allegedly attacking another man with a baseball bat.

Police were called to a residence in the community Tuesday night to investigate a complaint involving two men. A 25-year-old man was charged with assault with a weapon and posession of a weapon dangerous to the public.

The victim suffered only minor injuries and did not require any medical treatment.
