CFIA warns of undeclared milk proteins in No Name Cookie Dough

OTTAWA - The Canadian Food Inspection Agency and Loblaw Companies Limited are warning people with allergies to milk proteins not to consume certain No Name Cookie Dough products.

The affected products contain milk which is not declared on the label. All lot codes of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (UPC 0 60383 7338 3), Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (UPC 0 60383 67339 0) and Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (UPC 0 60383 67340 6) are affected. These products have been distributed nationally.

There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these products.

CFIA warns consumption of these products may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction in persons with allergies to milk proteins.
