Canadian dollar is trading at 82.34 cents US, up 0.24 of a cent at 11 a.m. ET

TORONTO - The Canadian dollar traded at 82.34 cents US, up 0.24 of a cent on Friday. The U.S. dollar was trading at C$1.2145, down 0.35 of a cent.

Pound sterling was at C$1.7622, down 1.27 cents and US$1.4510, down 0.62 of a cent.

The euro was at C$1.6965, down 0.20 of a cent.
