
Thomson Reuters buys webcasting firm Streamlogics, terms not disclosed

TORONTO - Thomson Reuters Corp. (TSX:TRI) has bought Streamlogics, a privately held webcasting firm, the company said Monday.
Terms of the deal for Toronto-based Streamlogics were not undisclosed.
"We can now leverage the global scale and local footprint of Thomson Reuters to provide clients with even more reliability and exceptional service," Shaun McIver, CEO of Streamlogics, said in a statement.
Thomson Reuters shares closed down 38 cents at $33.42 on the Toronto Stock Exchange on Monday.
