ANTIGONISH, N.S. - A trial will be held in November in Nova Scotia Supreme Court for a man from the Antigonish area who is charged with dangerous driving causing death and dangerous driving causing bodily harm.
During a brief court appearance today in Antigonish, four days were set aside for the trial of 31-year-old Kyle Anthony Delorey, beginning Nov. 12.
Delorey earlier elected to be tried by judge alone.
The charges stem from a fatal single car crash in June 2008 on Highway 337 at Cape George.
The car left the road, rolled over several times and severed a power pole.
Patrick Derek MacEachern, 20, of Lakevale, was a passenger and died in the crash.
